Create a pollinator garden that provides food and habitat for birds, butterflies and wild bees with a Pollinator Pathway Native Plant Package. Each package includes a curated collection of 16 plants that thrive in Licking County, including many deer resistant species.
These plant packages are a convenient way to create a small Pollinator Pathway plot (and save 25% or more compared to most mail order options). Many native plant growers consider early fall to be the best time to plant a pollinator garden. These small plants, called “plugs” (2 ½ x 2 ½” W x 3 ½” H) still have time to get established without the stress of hot, dry summer weather.
Pollinator Pathway volunteers grew the plants from seed using winter seed sowing techniques (not in an energy-intensive greenhouse) and without the use of pesticides or synthetic fertilizers.
Sales support the Licking Land Trust and Pollinator Pathway partnership which is working to connect parks and preserves with private land to create a continuous corridor of native plant habitat for butterflies, wild bees and other pollinators.
Quantities limited. Pre-order to ensure availability.
Package of 16-plants: $64
